The form does not send information to an AWebmasterM server. It displays a prepared message that you can copy or voluntarily open in your email application. If you choose to send it, the email may contain your name, email address, business, city or region and the information you enter in the message. The website does not save your answers.

The hosting provider may also process minimal technical data, including IP address, device type, browser, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver, secure and diagnose the service.

Information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess your project, prepare a proposal or provide the follow-up you requested. It may also be used to protect the website, prevent abuse, maintain reliability and meet applicable legal obligations.

Your information is neither sold nor used for targeted advertising.

AWebmasterM currently installs no non-essential advertising or analytics cookies and uses no tracking pixels. A consent banner is therefore not displayed unnecessarily. If these practices change, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before the relevant tools are activated.

Information is accessible only to people who need it to respond to your enquiry. Hosting and email providers, including Vercel and Google for the infrastructure currently used, may process data as service providers.

Some processing may take place outside Québec or Canada. AWebmasterM limits the information shared and selects providers offering contractual and technical measures appropriate to the data.

Enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are kept for no more than 24 months after the last useful exchange, then deleted unless a legal obligation or the protection of rights requires otherwise. Client records follow retention periods required by contractual, tax and legal obligations. Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s configured retention periods and are limited to security and operational needs.

AWebmasterM applies reasonable measures according to the sensitivity of the information: limited access, service authentication, encryption in transit, updates and deletion when information is no longer needed. No system can guarantee absolute security.

This policy may evolve with the services and applicable obligations. The update date will be revised and any significant change will be prominently presented on the website before it takes effect.
